I don't even know where to start when describing the sickening customer service I experienced with this company. The office manager, as well as the owner spoke to me with such disdain and disgust. They were more than rude and degraded me over the phone. It was absolutely horrible. When telling the office manager of my C-section with rough recovery and my son's surgery, she belittled me and told me that she "had a C-section and only got 1 week to heal and be with her child". Both the office manager and owner continued to scold me about the bill that I owed to them, even with my continued efforts to apologize and offer payments. I was mortified, sick to my stomach, and crying by the time I hung up. It's very disheartening to see how this small business needs customer and community support, yet seek to treat their customers with such heartless disrespect. I will never return to their company for home repairs, and certainly do not recommend it to anyone. Holly Spencer

I find it hard to believe anyone rated these guys one star. I had a great experience with Ehmen's. I called them to replace a cold water pressure tank. They had a guy out to my house the next morning and had the tank swapped out in an hour. Very reasonable on the price and their guys knew exactly what the issue was and had it fixed quickly. Thanks for the help and I will be calling you guys again should the need come up. Thanks
